Delivery Areas

 

We offer FREE delivery within Dubai, except for the following areas:

  • Expo City
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Al Aweer

 

Delivery to these areas is available for an additional fee, which will be confirmed with the customer before order confirmation.

 

 

Delivery Schedule

 

  • Orders are delivered on the date selected at checkout, within our standard working hours.
  • Timed delivery is subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods.
  • Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and order confirmation time.

 

 

Delivery Conditions

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, including recipient name, phone number, and full address.
  • Feora is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:
  1. Incorrect or incomplete address details
  2. Incorrect phone number
  3. Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
  • Deliveries to hotels, hospitals, offices, or residential buildings may be left with reception, security, or authorized staff if direct access to the recipient is not possible.

 

Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

 

  • If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our shop.
  • A redelivery fee may apply.
  • Perishable items may not be eligible for redelivery depending on their condition.

 

 

Delivery Delays

 

Feora is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, accidents, government actions, or other force majeure events.
