2. Products & Services

 

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Flowers and plants are natural products; variations in color, size, and appearance may occur.

  • Some flowers and plants may be toxic to pets or humans. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability before placing an order.

  • Feora reserves the right to substitute flowers or materials with items of equal or higher value and quality if required.

 

 

3. Pricing & Payments

 

  • Prices are displayed in AED.

  • VAT (5%) is included unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify and approved payment providers.

  • Feora does not store payment card details.

 

 

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

 

  • Orders may be placed via the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or customer support.

  • Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery information.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is provided.

  • Feora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

 

 

5. Delivery

 

  • Delivery is available within Dubai, subject to delivery policies published on the website.

  • Free delivery applies only to eligible areas.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

  • Feora is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order.

 

 

6. Cancellations & Returns

 

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation or dispatch has begun.

  • Change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  • Non-perishable items may be returned subject to approval and our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Complaints & Resolution

 

  • Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

  • Feora may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion depending on the issue.

  • All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Feora.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
